About the role

Land O’Frost, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Management Trainee Program designed to develop future leaders in operations, food safety, and quality. The 18–24-month program features hands-on rotations, mentorship, and project work to build leadership and technical skills across critical functions. You will rotate through Production, Food Safety, and Quality with a fourth rotation in areas like Supply Chain, Engineering, or R&D. Travel to Lansing, IL; Searcy, AR; and Madisonville, KY is required.
