In-Person Co-Consult BCBA (LBA) – Near and Around Columbia, MD
Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team in aco-consult, in-person capacity in the Columbia, Maryland 21045 area. This role is designed for clinicians who want to focus on high-impact, in-person clinical work, without the responsibility of managing the full case. At Actify, primary BCBAs handle case ownership and administrative demands, allowing co-consulting BCBAs to concentrate on direct clinical oversight, team support, and quality of care.
Position Overview:
This is asupplemental, in-person clinical rolesupporting existing cases. The BCBA in this position will: Providein-person supervision for approximately 25% of assigned cases Conduct 1 hour per month of parent training per case Support treatment integrity and clinical quality through in-person presence No primary responsibilityfor treatment plan ownership, report writing, or case management Why This Role Focus purely onclinical impact, not admin No primary caseload responsibility Structured, predictable expectations Ideal for BCBAs seekingpart-time, flexible, or reduced-responsibility roles Strong clinical leadership and support already in place

Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $100-$115 per hour
