Position Summary: Responsible for executing battery pack and system testing, including test setup, monitoring, and data recording. This role ensures test results meet defined standards, identifies and escalates abnormal conditions, supports basic troubleshooting, and maintains safe and controlled testing operations.
Key Responsibilities: lPerform battery pack and system testing according to defined procedures and test plansl Set up, connect, and configure testing equipment and systemsl Monitor test processes, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate abnormal conditions promptlyl Record test data accurately and maintain test logs and documentationl Identify abnormal test results and support issue investigationl Perform routine checks and execute preventive maintenance tasks for test equipment according to the maintenance schedulel Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled test environment in accordance with 5S standardsl Strictly follow all EHS and high-voltage battery safety proceduresl Support cross-functional activities, including failure analysis and engineering validationl Assist in troubleshooting and resolving test-related issues
Qualifications: lHigh school diploma or above(electrical/electronicbackground preferred)lExperience in testing or electrical-related both AC and DC work preferredl Basic understanding of electrical safety (high-voltage awareness preferred)lAbility to follow test procedures and accurately record datalISO experience is a plusl Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibilityl Good judgment in identifying and reporting abnormalitiesl Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours per shift) and lift up to 50 lbs as neededas needed
