Qualifications:
Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks Experience with soldering and mechanical assembly techniques Strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure high-standard assemblies Ability to follow technical instructions and read schematics Good problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is advantageous
