Are You Hungry to Win — and Have Fun While Doing It?
At CS — Modern Luxury’s leading Chicago luxury lifestyle title — we’re not your typical workplace. We’re a spirited, competitive team where creative thinkers thrive, camaraderie is built-in, and each day feels like a fresh challenge to outdo yesterday’s best. We celebrate big wins, reward bold ideas, and love partnering with people who bring energy, enthusiasm, and fearless curiosity to everything they do. If you’re excited about building relationships, exceeding goals, and helping luxury brands shine in Chicago — this is the place for you.
A Legacy of Leadership & Modern Luxury’s Impact
CS isn’t just another title in the Modern Luxury family — it helped spark the very launch of this luxury media powerhouse and set the standard for premium editorial, design, and audience engagement. From that starting point, Modern Luxury has evolved into the nation’s largest luxury lifestyle media company, reaching more than 16 million affluent consumers across 85+ brands in major U.S. markets and delivering trend-setting storytelling, high-impact digital platforms, immersive events, and compelling experiential content. Today, CS continues to lead with an influential voice, rooted in its heritage but always pushing the boundaries of how luxury culture is told and experienced — connecting the city’s most discerning audiences and the brands that want to reach them in bold, creative, and unforgettable ways.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
