Prepares vehicles to meet auction-ready appearance and quality standards. Uses industry-standard tools, equipment, and cleaning products (training provided).Works collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and consistent vehicle preparation. Follows safety procedures and company guidelines while performing detailing tasks. Helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Work Hours for Detailer30 - 35 hours per week Monday - Friday schedule 8-5Work past 5 on Tuesdays when needed to get cars ready for auction sale day
Requirements:
  • Required Skills/Abilities for DetailerMust be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
  • Education and Experience for Detailer
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior detailing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a good driving record.
  • Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
  • Physical Requirements for DetailerMust be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
  • Work is performed in an auto auction setting and may include exposure to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels, and occasional fumes or odors associated with vehicle exhaust.
  • Position requires standing, bending, lifting, and physical activity throughout the workday.
