About the role
- Active California State Electrician Certification (must have passed the state exam)
- Electrical Trainee (ET Card) may be considered depending on experience level.3-6 years of field experience in residential and light commercial work
- Strong knowledge of NEC and California electrical codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record
- Professional communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Perform service upgrades, remodel work, and troubleshooting
- Ensure all work meets state and local code requirements
- Collaborate with other trades on job sites to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
- Represent the company professionally with clients
