About the role

Affinity Hospice Management LLC seeks an experienced Medical Director to provide overall medical direction for the hospice program in Florida. You will oversee physician services, lead the interdisciplinary group and guide QAPI initiatives to improve patient care. You will ensure compliance with Medicare participation requirements, support education for physicians and staff, and advocate for the program in the community.
