About the role

Our client, a leading global trading and technology firm, is looking for a Treasury Lead - Banking Relationships & Cash Management to join its growing Banking Administration team, which is responsible for bank account management, corporate treasury operations, and cash management controls. In this role, the successful candidate will primarily focus on managing the firm's corporate bank accounts and the internal controls around the accounts that hold its cash. This includes opening and maintaining accounts at various financial institutions, ensuring adequate internal controls in systems and movements of cash, and providing user support and system administration for critical cash portals.
Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing bank account and cash controls-related projects with external banking partners and internal teams Acting as a primary contact for daily operational and technical support related to corporate bank accounts, cash controls, and payment processing Expanding, centralizing, and maintaining the firm's database of bank accounts and relationships Partnering with internal teams across the firm to support firmwide cash-management needs and initiatives Managing the corporate credit card program and administration, including requesting new cards, managing limits, and coordinating with the bank on fraudulent transactions Assisting with wires, electronic document management, and the Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) process Partnering with the accounting-specific development team to improve and automate processes firmwide, and collaborating with the global team to ensure processes remain consistent across all of the firm's offices
Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field Strong understanding of bank account management, including internal controls and corporate governance, maintaining authorized signatories, user access management, and corporate banking services/products Skilled problem-solver with strong technical aptitude Experienced project manager with business acumen in managing internal stakeholders and external banking partners Organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy Adaptable and resourceful; able to self-learn common functions, including wires and payments, user entitlements, and reporting Able to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills Mature and trustworthy; able to handle sensitive information with care Familiar with wire processing and global payment types (e.g., wire, ACH, BACS, SEPA, FPS)Comfortable working with data and eager to automate manual processes Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Sign, and/or Foxit PDF Editor is a plus Familiarity with ISO 20022, SWIFT network, and/or payment integrations is a plus
