About the role
Superhuman is seeking a Senior Growth Visual & Motion Designer to join its Growth Design team on a 6-month contract (40 hrs/week). You'll lead the design and production of visual assets across the customer journey—web pages, onboarding, lifecycle moments, paywalls, and personalization. You'll work with product managers, engineers, marketers and Brand Creative to keep outputs on brand and of high quality, using data from growth experiments to iterate and improve.
