About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer with strong Meta and Google Ads experience who is equal parts strategist, optimizer, and expert. You'll work directly with Viral Coach clients to audit, manage, and optimize their paid advertising strategies. Your role will range from performance analysis and strategic recommendations to hands-on campaign management, helping clients understand how to grow through paid media while ensuring campaigns are structured, optimized, and aligned with their goals. This is an in-person position in our Palmer, Alaska office, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and marketing goals
  • Consult on funnels, conversion optimization, and broader marketing strategy
  • Handle and scale large daily budgets, including 5-6 figure monthly ad spend across accounts
  • Oversee ad account setup, pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and event tracking
  • Collaborate directly with clients on campaign goals, strategy, and performance
  • Hold short weekly or biweekly check-in and update meetings with clients
  • Organize, test, and evaluate creative variations across accounts
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Provide regular performance reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain best practices in campaign structure, budgeting, tracking, and technical setup
  • Respond to client requests within 1 business day
  • Collaborate with the internal team through Slack and shared tools
  • Stay current on changes and best practices across Meta and Google advertising platforms
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of media buying experience
  • Experience managing $5M+ in lifetime ad spend
  • Experience managing 45+ client accounts simultaneously in an agency or high-volume environment (we have technical and people support in place to be able to successfully manage this large clientload)
  • Strong understanding of paid media, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to guide strategy and performance
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google AdsFamiliarity with HubSpot and GHLStrong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Ability to work effectively in person as part of a collaborative team
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $72,000 annual salary
