Job Description
Is This You? Can you turn a schematic, blueprint, and bill of material into a clean, test-ready build? Do you thrive moving between assembly benches and test stations in a fast-paced production environment? Are you comfortable with energized testing and methodical troubleshooting?
What You’ll Do: Assemble electrical power equipment using BOMs, blueprints, engineering documentation, and change notices. Run electrical tests at designated timing stations; verify operation through required sequences. Build mechanical subassemblies (including disconnect assemblies) and integrate them with electrical systems. Read and apply complex wiring drawings, schematic diagrams, and specifications. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to root cause and correct. Use hand tools, wiring equipment, wrenches, torque tools, machining tools, and other production equipment safely and effectively. Follow established procedures and safety practices across multiple production and test stations. What You BringHigh school diploma or GED.2+ years in electronic assembly and wiring, or relevant technical/trade education (as considered by the client).High-voltage experience for test-cell work. Ability to interpret complex blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, and specifications. Demonstrated electrical or mechanical troubleshooting ability. Hands-on experience with common production tools, including torque tools. Meets applicable respirator certification requirements. Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, handle components, and frequently lift 5–50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation. Available Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime 2–3 Fridays per month.
Nice to Have:
  • Two-year technical degree.
  • Electrical or mechanical trade-school background.
  • Direct experience performing energized electrical testing.

Schedule & Location:
  • Franklin, WI1st shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM; overtime 2–3 Fridays/month
