About the role

Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a 6 month contract with a local authority in Hackney to support the Building Maintenance and Estate Environment service across approximately 5,000 social housing properties. You will undertake inspections, investigate defects, prepare specifications and estimates, monitor contractors, and oversee repairs to ensure value for money and high safety standards. The role requires an HNC/HND or equivalent, broad knowledge of building maintenance and health
