Job Description: Pacific Staffing is recruiting a professional, customer-focused Receptionist for a well-established Sacramento based organization that values strong service, teamwork, and a welcoming office environment. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient front-office experience. This role manages incoming calls, greets guests, supports administrative tasks, and helps maintain smooth daily office operations.
Pay: $22 - $24/Hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with hour lunch 100% onsite in Sacramento

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Manage a multi-line phone system; route calls and take accurate messages. Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and mail distribution. Maintain front desk organization, visitor logs, and office supplies. Support internal departments with clerical tasks and special projects. Uphold a positive, service-oriented environment.
Qualifications: 1-2+ years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and polished demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
