Hospitality Sales Strategy Director

Responsible for developing and implementing the short and long-term Hospitality Solution Sales strategy, the full-time Sr. Director, Hospitality Sales Strategy will focus on sales of Wi-Fi and MDB software services to major hotel ownerships and management companies while managing executive relationships and exceeding sales objectives in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Develop new strategic partnerships with major ownerships and management companies in the hospitality sector Implement long-term sales effectiveness and engagement strategies to enhance product understanding and advocacy Oversee vendor management and selection, ensuring alignment with company values and recommending changes as necessary Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and extensive related professional experience Over 10 years of relevant work experience in sales and strategy development Proven track record in strategic selling and relationship management within the hospitality industry Experience in designing and executing employee engagement and training programs Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and complex functions
