About the role

We are looking for a Python Automation Tester with strong experience in test automation, API/UI testing, performance testing, and AWS cloud services. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing activities for an AI/ML model hosting platform.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks, scripts, and performance benchmarks. Perform UI automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. Conduct backend API testing using Postman, Newman CLI, collections, and environments. Perform performance and load testing using Load Runner and VuGen. Test AWS-based applications and services including ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Cloud Watch, API Gateway, and Step Functions. Lead test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management across release cycles. Validate both frontend features and backend APIs for AI/ML platform functionality. Collaborate with development, cloud, and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues. Contribute to QA process improvements and automation best practices.
Required Skills: Strong Python development and test automation experience. Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. Strong API testing experience with Postman and Newman CLI. Experience with Load Runner/VuGen for performance testing. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. Strong understanding of automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
Nice to Have: Experience with PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or vLLM. Knowledge of AI/ML model lifecycle management. Experience mentoring junior QA engineers or establishing QA processes.
