Job Description: BP OMEGA HOMECARE, LLC is seeking a full-time/part- time Provider / Caregiver in our growing establishment. Provider Caregiver needed for an elderly Individual in the HOUSTON, KINGWOOD, HUMBLE, SPRING and SURROUNDING AREAS

Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to Compliance with HHSC requirement Process: Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and documentation standards. Demonstrate professional conduct, service excellence and commitment to the values and mission of Agency and HHSC.Requirements of Qualified Candidates: Graduate from an approved high school or GEDSix (6) months minimum experience in caring for an elderly Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role Has sufficient endurance to perform tasks and Activities of daily living (ADL) Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations Must be able to work morning or evening Must be able to work seven (7) days for 4-5 hours. Prefer mature female
