About the role
To support a growing SaaS company, the fully remote VP Global Sales Enablement will create and own the global enablement strategy, establishing an academy and certification framework while collaborating across multiple departments to enhance knowledge and capability globally.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement a global enablement academy with tailored learning pathways
Create company-wide onboarding and certification programs for employees, partners, and customers
Establish measurement frameworks to connect enablement initiatives to business outcomes and ramp time
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in enablement, sales effectiveness, or revenue operations, including VP or Director-level roles
Proven track record of building an enablement function from the ground up in complex B2B environments
Experience in ERP, procurement, or complex B2B software, particularly selling into the Office of the CFO
Global experience across markets such as the US, Europe, and Australia
Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and experience with enablement platforms like Highspot or Mindtickle
