About the role
The TAX COMMISSION in New York City handles hearings on corrections of real property tax assessments and non-primary residence surcharge appeals. You will evaluate data credibility and conduct property valuations for administrative review, with potential supervision of staff and involvement in special projects.
The role requires strong research, analysis, and computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, and familiarity with the Property Taxation System (PTS).
