Nuclear Security Analyst II

Position Specific Description: Be part of history as we restart Duane Arnold Energy Center. This position will support site security training and restart readiness activities, with an emphasis on tactical training, drill development and oversight, training material updates, coaching, and maintenance of required training documentation. The role will also support corrective actions and program enhancements associated with security training and regulatory requirements.

Job Overview: Employees in this role coordinate and direct the planning, development and implementation of a variety of security projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: Performs complex security work requiring application of advanced knowledge, techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of diverse security tasks Maintains familiarity with regulatory requirements and business unit procedures to ensure security programs, processes, and procedures remain in compliance Ensures maintenance records for security equipment are retained in accordance with security plan commitments Implements and monitors security system maintenance program including corrective and preventive maintenance of all security equipment Implements tracking and trending of security system performance to ensure performance remains within program commitments Reviews, recommends and implements contractor and employee access authorization and/or fitness for duty programs Provides technical direction to less experienced security analysts Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: High School Grad / GED Associate's or Equivalent
