Join First American in Colleyville, Texas, where we believe our greatest asset is our people. We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to support multiple branches and teams across the region. In this role, you'll operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing high-level administrative and operational support to Escrow Officers while stepping in where needed to ensure continuity of service and seamless transactions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting complex transactions, and helping make the dream of homeownership a reality. We're seeking a seasoned professional with strong escrow experience, adaptability, and the ability to quickly integrate into different teams - someone who is resourceful, dependable, and committed to excellence.

What You'll Do:

Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-upCommunicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred

Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
