This executive will be a key member of the regional sales leadership team, responsible for owning and driving sales initiatives within the life and annuities sector. The role demands a transformational leader with a strong background in SaaS/Cloud sales, particularly within the L&A and L&P verticals, who can set and execute a large part of the North American sales strategy. The successful candidate will be accountable for new logo acquisitions, account expansion, and long-term revenue growth, and must be adept at pipeline management, revenue performance, and market expansion. A critical aspect of the role is to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration, while also providing executive leadership for sales and business development in a SaaS Cloud environment. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a proven track record in sales leadership, with at least 15 years' experience in selling multi-million-dollar, complex solutions within a SaaS/Cloud first environment. Strong domain experience in the L&A and L&P verticals is essential, as is a demonstrated ability in large account management and strategic selling techniques.
