About the role

The University of Washington Libraries seeks an Associate Dean for Research & Learning Services to provide visionary, strategic, and operational leadership over a large portfolio and 130+ staff across eight departments. Rank will be Associate Librarian or Librarian, depending on qualifications. Reporting to the Dean, the Associate Dean will shape research and learning services, advance initiatives, and represent the library in senior management.
