Company: Global AM100 Law FirmComp Package: Base salary up to $75K, Paid OT, Full Benefits, Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K+, etc. Responsibilities for Facilities Technician/Coordinator: Manage electrical equipment, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, building management system and building repairs Maintain and order office supplies Responsible for janitorial services Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment Ensure conference rooms and office spaces are maintained Work with power tools, plumbing and electricity Coordinate with departments and vendors regarding firm needs and repairs Manage equipment and supply needs, especially related to appliances, office equipment, HVAC or climate control systems, security systems, and other systems as appropriate Qualifications for Facilities Technician/Coordinator:3+ years of facilities experience; law firm preferred Trade certification preferred Understanding of HVACProficient in Microsoft Office Attention to detail
