Client Solutions Account Executive

To support nonprofit organizations in selecting technology services, the full-time remote Client Solutions Account Executive will manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to closing, focusing on inbound leads and delivering tailored technology solutions that enhance security and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Own and convert inbound opportunities by responding to leads and conducting customer discovery meetings Develop solutions and close business by translating customer needs into service recommendations and preparing proposals Manage pipeline and sales operations by maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and providing reliable revenue forecasts Required Qualifications At least four years of successful B2B technology or technology-services sales experience Demonstrated success selling managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or related professional services Experience managing opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close Ability to conduct credible technology discovery conversations with nontechnical decision-makers Strong experience using a CRM to manage pipeline activity and forecasts
