Basic Qualifications: TS/SCI with Polygraph is REQUIRED.Minimum of 13 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years operating as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience. Agile & Scrum Skills:

• Proven expertise in agile coaching, servant leadership, and Scrum Master roles within complex, dynamic environments.
• Ability to manage SNOW VTB boards (or equivalent tools) for tracking sprint progress, managing team workloads, and reporting metrics.
• Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with senior leadership, including IC executives, by presenting concise updates and facilitating strategic discussions.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across multi-contractor and cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts and aligning stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, communicate risks, and align team efforts with mission goals.

Preferred Qualifications: Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) environments, directives, and mission workflows. Experience working in a consultative role across multiple contractor teams and understanding diverse enterprise priorities.
