Republican Jobs is staffing on behalf of a news outlet looking for a VP OF GROWTH in the New York area. This is a senior growth role for someone who knows how to turn digital audiences into paying subscribers and wants to own the entire acquisition engine. VP of Growth | News Outlet | New York, NY | #3657310-1 You’ll be responsible for:• Driving digital subscription growth through aggressive, measurable acquisition strategies• Owning email, text, tracking, influencer, and conversion growth channels• Developing new subscriber acquisition ideas and rapidly testing performance• Analyzing conversion data and adjusting strategies based on results• Leading execution across developers, technical partners, and internal teams• Building scalable systems for tracking subscriber acquisition and revenue• Acting as the growth quarterback from concept through executionWE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:• Proven success growing digital subscriptions or recurring-revenue products• Strong experience with digital acquisition, conversion, and retention• Experience managing email, text, influencer, and tracking programs• An entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership• The ability to analyze performance data and rapidly adjust strategy• Enough technical fluency to work effectively with developers and digital platforms• Full-time availability and the ability to work near New York City
