About the role

Pepper Construction is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver Level 1–2 support in our Dublin, OH location, with occasional travel to job sites. You will support Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams Rooms, and AV systems, while handling onboarding, access management, and security practices. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with basic networking knowledge and familiarity with Egnyte.
