- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, customer‑first experience
- Prior automotive sales experience is not required.
- We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
- Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
