Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire administrative support opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, hands‑on work in a professional in‑office environment, with a focus on file preparation, document handling, and light box movement. The Warehouse Associate will support a time‑sensitive document project by preparing files, removing staples, inserting separator sheets, and helping keep materials organized and moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare physical files for processing, scanning, storage, or review.
Remove staples, organize documents, and insert separator sheets according to project guidelines.
Sort, handle, and maintain paper files with strong attention to detail.
Lift, move, and organize 1 to 4 boxes per day, up to 35 lbs. each.
Support project deadlines by completing assigned filing and document preparation tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Compensation and Benefits
Workplace type: On‑site.
Employment type: Temp‑to‑hire. Assignment requires immediate availability.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Prepare and organize files for a document processing project.
Remove staples, insert separator sheets, and follow document preparation instructions.
Lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
Complete repetitive clerical tasks accurately and consistently.
Prior clerical, filing, warehouse, document preparation, or administrative support experience preferred.
Ability to work on‑site Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained.
Comfortable performing hands‑on document handling and light physical tasks.
Ability to meet project timelines and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with file prep, records management, scanning preparation, or document control.
Experience working in an office, warehouse, business services, or manufacturing support environment.
Ability to stay organized while managing high volumes of paper files.
Immediate availability to start.
