About the role

Townsquare Interactive is seeking an Launch Support Agent to drive the early stages of client campaigns from onboarding through activation. You will partner with Campaign Creation Specialists to ensure timely, successful launches and provide direct customer support to resolve launch issues. You will join a dedicated pod, coordinating with Sales and Campaign Creation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a positive onboarding experience for new clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
