Texas Sports Medicine is seeking an employed sports orthopedic surgeon to join their leading sports center in Dallas, TX. You will work in a state-of-the-art clinical environment with an onsite Performance Recovery Center and a collaborative support team. This full-time position features a predictable Monday through Friday schedule with no ER or trauma call. Practice Info State-of-the-art orthopedic group Onsite Performance Recovery Center featuring hyper-ice therapy, red light treatment, Normatec compression, and Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy Supported by experienced, dedicated clinical and administrative staff
Responsibilities: Provide sports orthopedic surgery with a focus on outpatient and surgical care Compensation Competitive salary guarantee with production-based incentives Transition to an EBIT based model, aligning physician earnings with practice financial performance and growth
