The platform combines wearable-based resident safety (fall detection, two-way voice, geo-fencing, real-time location), predictive health analytics that flag subtle behavioral changes before they become hospitalizations, care plan optimization that captures missed billable revenue, and staff communication tools that cut turnover.
Role Summary: The Field Sales Representative owns new-business sales for Care Predict's Resident Care Platform across an assigned Michigan territory. This is a quota-carrying, mostly in-person role: the rep builds relationships with senior housing operators runs the sales cycle from prospecting through close; and works closely with Care Predict's clinical and implementation teams to hand off new accounts smoothly. Success looks like a healthy, self-generated pipeline of Michigan senior care providers and consistent quota attainment on new-logo bookings.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect, identify, and qualify new senior housing operators across Michigan Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits with owners, administrators, and executive directors Build and manage a territory pipeline in the CRM, forecasting accurately against monthly and quarterly quota Develop tailored proposals and ROI cases using Care Predict outcomes data (billing capture, hospitalization reduction, staff efficiency)Negotiate pricing and contract terms and manage the deal through legal and procurement to signature Represent Care Predict at regional senior care conferences, trade shows, and association events Maintain deep knowledge of the senior care market in Michigan, including competitors, reimbursement trends, and regulatory changes Travel throughout the assigned Michigan territory as the primary mode of work (estimated 50-75% travel, mostly local/regional driving)
Qualifications: Required 3+ years of outside/field sales experience with a track record of quota attainment Willingness and ability to travel daily throughout Michigan (valid driver's license and reliable vehicle)Strong consultative selling and presentation skills, comfortable selling to owners and clinical/operations leadership Excellent written and verbal communication; strong CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene Based in or near Michigan (Detroit metro, Grand Rapids, or Lansing area preferred for territory coverage)What Care Predict Offers Base salary plus uncapped commission on new-logo bookings (on-target earnings and base range to be set by Sales leadership/HR based on experience and territory potential)Mileage/vehicle allowance or travel reimbursement for territory driving Medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); paid time off (standard company benefits package)Sales enablement support: marketing collateral, ROI/outcomes data, and a clinical team available for prospect and customer calls Onboarding and product training on the Resident Care Platform before independent territory ownershipA defined Michigan territory with room to grow as the account base expands Exact compensation figures, benefit details, and PTO policy should be confirmed with HR before this posting is published externally.
