About the role

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager with a proven track record to lead and oversee our service department. This position requires a dedicated professional who can ensure exceptional customer service, drive operational efficiency, and manage service team performance to meet company goals.
Responsibilities: * Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Lead, train, and motivate service technicians and staff to achieve performance targets. * Develop and implement service processes and standards to improve efficiency and profitability. * Coordinate with parts and sales departments to ensure seamless workflow. * Monitor and manage departmental budget, labor costs, and inventory levels. * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements: * Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to analyze and improve service department processes. * Familiarity with automotive service software and management systems. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
