About the role
Overview:Join a premier Pan Asia luxury real estate team at Keller Williams New York City. We are dedicated to servicing a local and international clientele, specializing in properties across the city. Our team frequently represents clients in NYC's most prestigious developments. We pride ourselves on executing seamless transactions and hosting exclusive, high-profile Broker Open events for unique listings. We are looking for ambitious, detail-oriented Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team.
What You Will Do:
Client Representation: Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions across the NYC market. Exclusive Representation: Represent clients in exclusive sales, exclusive leasing, and exclusive full-building and new development projects. Property Showings & Events: Host and coordinate exclusive onsite showings, video tours, and private Broker Open events for high-end listings. Advanced Marketing: Leverage our robust in-house marketing infrastructure—including targeted direct mail campaigns, professional multi-language web platforms, and advanced email marketing—to maximize property exposure.
Who You Are:
Licensed Professional: Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson license. Bilingual Advantage: Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English and Chinese, or other Asian languages) are highly preferred to seamlessly serve our Pan-Asian clientele. Market Expert: Familiarity with the NYC market, new developments, and competitive market analysis. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex logistics and tight deadlines. Communicator & Negotiator: Strong interpersonal skills for building client rapport and leading sophisticated negotiations.
