Job Description: Quality Control Lead – Door Manufacturing

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Pay: $20/HR + $300 Sign-On Bonus + $300 Biweekly Attendance Bonus

Job Type: Direct Hire Environment: Fast-paced Manufacturing Facility We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control Lead to help ensure doors are made correctly and meet company and customer standards.

Responsibilities: Inspect doors, materials, and finished products for defects. Check measurements, alignment, and overall quality. Identify and report quality issues. Help prevent defects and reduce rework. Train and support employees on quality standards. Keep accurate quality and inspection records. Work with Production and Management to resolve quality issues. Follow and enforce safety and company procedures. Help improve production quality and efficiency.

Qualifications: Previous quality control, manufacturing, or production experience required. Lead or leadership experience preferred. Door, window, woodworking, or building products experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Able to stand, walk, bend, and move around the production floor for extended periods. Able to lift and handle materials as required.
