About the role

Occupational Therapist – Lincoln, Nebraska The Lymphedema Clinic is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Lincoln team. We work one-on-one with people affected by lymphedema and related swelling conditions, helping them reduce swelling, improve function, and participate more fully in everyday life. No lymphedema experience or certification is required. We provide extensive paid, hands-on training. On average, our OTs complete more than 100 hours of training as they prepare to treat independently. New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome.
What you’ll do: • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their goals, function, and daily activities.• Provide specialized care that may include complete decongestive therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging and garments, therapeutic exercise, and self-management training.• Educate patients and caregivers so they can build skills for managing their condition.• Collaborate with our clinical team and other healthcare providers.• Document care accurately and on time.
What we’re looking for: • Current Nebraska Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for Nebraska licensure.• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-centered care.• Interest in learning hands-on techniques and growing in a specialty area.• Dependability, sound time management, and a willingness to follow our treatment standards. Position and benefits• Full-time in Lincoln, Nebraska.• $34.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.• Flexible scheduling within clinic hours, with a choice of five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts.• Extensive paid lymphedema and CDT training.• Paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match.• Continuing education and professional development opportunities.• No weekends or major holidays.
