About the role

Lane Closure Specialist As a Lane Closure Specialist, you will perform lane closures on state highways and other roadways, redirecting traffic for workers or survey crews, and working independently or as part of a traffic control crew. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment, ensuring the safety of assigned traffic control projects by setting up and taking down lane closures, collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all, managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles, delivering exceptional service and protection to our clients, and benefiting from continuous training and support to advance from an entry-level position to long-term career opportunities. Employee must be able to successfully handle the physical demands of this position, which include varying hours due to staffing needs, frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, exposure to extreme conditions at job sites including high noise levels, working in outside conditions that include inclement weather, lifting or carrying objects up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions, and requiring good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
