Territory Manager – Automotive Software Remote | Southeastern U.S. Base + High Commission Potential Want a sales territory you can actually build—and a compensation plan that rewards you as it grows? Our client, an established automotive technology company, is looking for a Territory Manager to develop new business with automobile dealerships throughout the Southeastern United States. This is a full-time, permanent remote sales position for someone who loves the hunt, knows how to build relationships, and wants their income to reflect their performance. And here's what makes this opportunity particularly interesting: The commission plan includes both upfront commissions AND residual commissions on recurring subscription revenue. That means you're not just closing deals. You're building a book of business that can continue contributing to your commission income as you grow your territory. THE COMPENSATION
Base Salary: Pluse $850 a month Car Allowance Plus:25% commission on upfront sales revenue, based on the current compensation plan 4% residual commission on recurring monthly subscription revenue, based on the current compensation plan Significant opportunity to increase total earnings through new account growthA compensation structure designed to reward consistent territory development Build the territory. WHAT YOU'LL DO: You'll own the sales process within your territory—from identifying dealership opportunities through discovery, demonstration, follow-up, negotiation, and close. You'll: Prospect and develop new automobile dealership and dealer-group relationships Connect with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Fixed Operations leaders, and other key decision-makers Conduct meaningful discovery to understand dealership challenges and opportunities Demonstrate software solutions based on business needs—not just features Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Manage the entire sales cycle through close Maintain disciplined CRM activity and accurate forecasting Travel within your territory when customer opportunities require itWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're looking for someone who sees an open territory and thinks opportunity, not uncertainty. You should be: A proven B2B salesperson with strong new-business-development skills Comfortable prospecting and opening your own doors Skilled at consultative and value-based selling Confident presenting technology and business solutions Organized and disciplined with pipeline management and follow-up Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Competitive, accountable, curious, and persistent Motivated by a compensation plan that rewards production Experience selling automotive technology, SaaS, dealership services, or other complex B2B solutions is highly desirable. Automotive dealership experience is a major plus, but we're also interested in proven technology salespeople who understand how to sell business outcomes and ROI.LOCATIONThis position is remote, but you must reside in the Southeastern United States and be able to travel within your assigned territory as needed.
