About the role

The Head of Servicing Analytics is responsible for leading the analytical framework that supports the Company's servicing oversight and asset management functions. This role serves as the primary owner of servicing-related data, reporting, forecasting, and performance analytics across the Company's portfolio of business-purpose and consumer-purpose non-QM mortgage loans. Working closely with the Vice President of Asset Management and Asset Managers, the Head of Servicing Analytics transforms servicing data received from third-party sub-servicers into actionable portfolio intelligence. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of servicing data; developing key performance indicators (KPIs); producing management reporting; identifying emerging portfolio trends; and building statistical models that support loss forecasting, delinquency projections, prepayment analysis, and asset-level decision making. The ideal candidate combines deep mortgage servicing knowledge with advanced quantitative and analytical skills and has demonstrated experience managing large loan-level datasets, developing predictive models, and driving data-informed portfolio management strategies.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
