Support traceability and testing requirements within a regulated environment.
Required Qualifications: Strong hands-on Salesforce QA/testing experience. Experience testing complex Salesforce applications and business processes. Strong manual testing experience, including creation of test plans and test cases. Ability to perform exploratory testing and independently investigate system behavior. SQL experience for backend data validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into effective testing scenarios. Ability to work independently and challenge assumptions when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Field Service experience. Experience testing supply chain processes such as parts, distribution, returns, or service operations. Experience working within an FDA-regulated or similarly regulated environment. Knowledge of testing traceability requirements. Experience working with QA automation teams or developing manual tests designed for future automation. Jira experience. Experience supporting large Salesforce implementations.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a curious and analytical tester who does not simply ask, “Did the system meet the requirement?” but also asks, “Was the right solution built for the business?” This individual should be comfortable digging into complex functionality, challenging assumptions, and proactively finding issues while working collaboratively with technical and business teams. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
