Executive Assistant to Managing Partner | NYC 📍We’re partnering with an established private investment firm in New York on a search for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support a senior Managing Partner. This is a great fit for someone who already knows how to operate at a high level as an EA and doesn’t need to be taught the fundamentals. The ideal executive assistant is straightforward, low-ego, and independent. The executive is looking for a partner who can anticipate needs, exercise good judgment, and confidently manage a busy workload without constant direction.🗓 What You’ll Own Complex calendar management and scheduling Domestic and international travel coordination Expenses and day-to-day administrative support Limited personal/family travel and other business-adjacent requests Proactive management of priorities, conflicts, and follow-ups Increasing support around investor-facing travel and roadshow coordination as the executive’s responsibilities evolve👤 What They’re Looking For Seasoned EA or administrative professional with roughly 10+ years of corporate experience Strong critical thinking and judgment Highly proactive; able to anticipate rather than wait for instructions Comfortable working independently with limited handholding Confident asking questions or seeking clarification when needed Receptive to direct, constructive feedback Low ego and happy building a long-term career as a high-level EA
