About the role
To support the growth of clear aligner case volume, the full-time Remote Dental Account Manager will cultivate long-term relationships with dental practices, focusing on onboarding, training, and providing strategic guidance to increase case submissions and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
Act as a consultative partner, training and supporting practices to optimize workflows and increase aligner adoption
Build strong, trust-based relationships with providers to influence behavior and drive long-term success
Analyze complex account data to make high-level recommendations that impact revenue and customer success
Required qualifications
2+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
Experience using CRM platforms, with a preference for Salesforce
Confident presenter and educator, comfortable leading virtual and live trainings
Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships remotely
