Job Title: Sales Manager - Commercial Tire Location: Southern California - Onsite Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Tire sales operations in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in commercial tire or automotive aftermarket sales and possess strong leadership skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new commercial clients. Identify new business opportunities and markets for commercial tire products. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of commercial tire or automotive aftermarket sales experience. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
