About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join a growing company backed by a leading private equity firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing directly to business growth.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, recruiting, account management, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research prospective clients and new business opportunities. Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, Linked In, and other channels. Qualify leads and build strong relationships with prospective clients. Schedule meetings and support the sales team throughout the business development process. Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information in CRM systems. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives. Track activity and performance against business development targets.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
