An established and growing independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth clients is seeking a proven business development professional to drive new client growth and play a meaningful role in the firm's continued expansion.
What You'll Do:
  • Build and close relationships with HNW prospective clients
  • Own the full prospect-to-close process and drive new AUMBuild a self-generated pipeline and professional referral relationships
  • Leverage firm marketing resources, events, and inbound opportunities
  • Represent the firm through networking and conferences
  • What's Offered$120,000-125,000 base + performance-based compensation tied to AUM, including a three-year trial2 days in office / 3 days remote

  • What You Bring 3+ years of wealth management or financial-services business development experience
  • Proven success generating and closing new business
  • Strong consultative relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's Degree; CFP or MBA a plus
  • Must be within a 45-minute commute to Miami, FL
