We serve players ages 3-16 and are committed to building confidence, discipline, and teamwork through the game of soccer.
Position Overview:
  • We are seeking an energetic and reliable Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach to lead training sessions and assist with weekend matches. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and are passionate about sports development.
  • Schedule2-3 evenings per week
  • Weekend games required
  • Flexible, part-time hours
Responsibilities:
  • Lead engaging soccer training sessions for ages 3-16 Teach fundamental skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork)
  • Create a positive and encouraging environment
  • Supervise players during practices and games
  • Communicate effectively with parents and academy staff
  • Ensure player safety at all times
Qualifications:
  • Passion for soccer and working with youth
  • Reliable transportation (required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate children
  • Prior coaching or playing experience preferred (not required)
