About the role

Facility Maintenance & Repair Technician - Full Time (Day Shift) We're looking for a hands-on Facility Maintenance & Repair Technician to keep our buildings, systems, and workspaces safe, functional, and looking great. This is a stable, first-shift role with a variety of maintenance and repair work-no two days are the same.
What You'll Do: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsRespond to maintenance requests and emergency repairsComplete general repairs (painting, drywall, doors/locks, flooring, lighting) Troubleshoot minor electrical and plumbing issuesAssist with facility upgrades, renovations, and office reconfigurationsEnsure compliance with OSHA and safety standards What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)2+ years of facility maintenance or related experienceKnowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenanceCarpentry, painting, and drywall repair experienceValid driver's license; chauffeur license or willingness to obtainAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various conditions ScheduleMonday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Overtime and occasional weekends as needed BenefitsExcellent wagesMedical, Dental & Vision insurance 401(k) with profit sharingPaid holidays, vacation, and sick timeShort & long-term disabilityOn-Demand PaySafety bonuses
