About the role

TRC seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to support and grow the Transaction Advisory Services practice. The role involves obtaining, managing, and executing transactions for Private Equity and corporate clients, with emphasis on environmental due diligence and ESG considerations. The ideal candidate has 10–20 years of transactional EHS due diligence experience and can sit anywhere in the US, reporting to a nearby TRC office. Strong writing and collaboration skills are essential.
