About the role
Job Title Genomics & Molecular Biomarker Domain Knowledge Understanding of NGS/genomics concepts (variants, biomarkers, panels) and how lab-provided results map to standardized molecular biomarker models. Data Quality, Validation & Lineage Experience defining validation rules, reconciliation checks, and traceability to ensure biomarker mappings are clinically accurate and clinically compliant over a multi-month (3–6 month) onboarding cycle.dbt & Transformation-as-Code Proficiency in dbt for building, versioning, and testing repeatable transformation logic for biomarker normalization and CDM alignment. Databricks & Lakehouse Engineering Strong experience with Databricks, Delta tables, and Lakehouse patterns to explore, transform, validate, and publish genomics data at scale. Data Modeling & Data Mapping Expertise Hands-on experience mapping heterogeneous genomics inputs (JSON, multi-table structured feeds) into a canonical molecular biomarker module. Semi-structured & Structured Data Handling
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
